Thank you for your interest in becoming CA Certified. Please have prepared 3 samples for testing and submit the Sample Submission Form (SSF). Please note that the testing fee of $1,800 must be received prior to testing. Once the form is submitted, you'll be sent an invoice along with sample preparation and shipping instructions.
